Information on Alternative Dispute Resolution pursuant to Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended

The seller, LEVIT, s. r. o., with its registered office at Dr. Teuchmanna 552, 542 32 Úpice, Company ID No. 05565375, informs consumers that in the event of a consumer dispute arising between us and the consumer from a purchase contract or a service contract, which cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to the designated ADR entity, which is:

The consumer has the right to alternative dispute resolution of a dispute arising from a purchase contract or a service contract, with the exception of contracts concluded in the field of health services provided to patients by healthcare professionals for the purpose of providing medical care, including the prescribing, dispensing, and provision of medicinal products and medical devices.
